Booking Process

Please send your documents at: info@centralparkinn.com, letting us
know your stay dates and the room category you are interested in.

How it works:

STEP 1.
RENTAL APPLICATION.

Fill out the application form.

STEP 2.
PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION.

Send a copy of your ID or passport.

STEP 3.
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

1. If you are employed, send a proof of employment.
2. If you are a student, send an acceptance letter from your school or university.
3. If you are just visiting, send a copy of your VISA.

STEP 4.
LEASE AGREEMENT.

Once the first 3 steps have been completed, we will send you the lease and rider agreement to be signed.

STEP 5.
DEPOSIT.

Pay a $500 deposit. $500 deposit will be refunde

STEP 6.
MOVE IN.
