Booking Process

Follow these simple steps to secure your new home in Central Park.

How it works:

Step 1

Download and fill out the official application form to start the process.

Step 2

Provide a clear copy of your valid ID or Passport for verification purposes.

Step 3

Proof of Employment (40x monthly rent) OR University Acceptance Letter + Guarantor Form.

Step 4

Once approved, we will send you the lease and rider agreement to be signed.

Step 5

Short term: the amount is between $1,000 and $1,500.
Long term: equivalent to one full month rent.

This deposit is refundable.

Step 6

You're all set! Collect your keys and welcome to your new home in NYC.
